关长飞,1987年生,男,博士,副素质,博士生导师。2011年6月毕业于河南科技大学园艺专科,获农学学士学位;2016年6月毕业于华中农业大学果树专科,获农学博士学位,同庚赴任于西北农林科技大学园艺学院果树系。
